Guarantee Classic Galleries stands behind every piece of our jewelry.  We guarantee that your purchase will be as described on the site.  However, any piece can be returned for any reason for a period of five days (from date of its delivery to you). Returns after the grace period of five days (from the date of delivery) will be solely at our discretion and will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.  If you have had us modify or customize an item it is not returnable.  Rings that are sized art he exception to this rule.  Items modified or worked on by other jewelers are  not returnable.
Provisions Diamond color and clarity: Stones are examined by an expert while still in the settings.  Without removing the stones from their settings we are only able to approximate color and clarity.  This approximation represents our most accurate opinion.   It will be stated when stones have been certified or examined out the settings.  Please note that gem weights are approximate, as we do not generally dismount stones to weigh them exactly.  Weights are determined by measurement. Estimates of age or identification of country of origin are made using our reference library, by consulting other experts, and represents our best opinion.  If for any reason you are unhappy with our analysis of your piece simply return it within the grace period.  You are always invited to call us at 706.549.2816 and speak to us directly if you have questions or concerns. Our gemologist identifies all gemstones and all metals are tested for content.  However, we are human and occasionally mistakes do happen.  We stand behind everything we sell. Shipping Shipping and insurance inside the U.S. is included in your purchase price.  We ship FedEx Second Day, Adult Signature Required.  Shipping overseas is via FedEx, insured, or by UPS.  The cost of shipping outside the U.S. is not included in the price.  If you wish Next Day or Overnight Express Service, we would be happy to accommodate you.  However, you will be charged the actual cost of whatever service you prefer for shipping.  Please note that all packages Must be insured.  We cannot ship any other way. Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your privacy.  We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).  We collect information about you for 2 reasons:  firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.  We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent.  We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trade in the future.  We will never collect sensitive information about you  without your explicit consents.  The information that we hold will be accurate and up to date.  You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us.  If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it  promptly.
